The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has updated its workplace discrimination poster. A new version, uploaded to the EEOC website on Oct. 19, 2022, must now be posted.
Under federal law, employers are required to post a notice describing the federal laws prohibiting job discrimination based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, equal pay, disability or genetic information, and retaliation for filing a charge, reasonably opposing discrimination, or participating in a discrimination lawsuit, investigation, or proceeding.
