Henry T. Carkhuff

Henry is a graduate of Elon University School of Law. He joined Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate after working as a title attorney. During law school, Henry was an academic fellow and was a student attorney in the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Henry’s practice focuses on professional liability defense, including nurses, dentists and lawyers, and employment law.  Additionally, Henry represents Condominium and Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies, and he defends serious personal injury, general casualty and property damage lawsuits.
