Eric M. Rigatuso

Eric Rigatuso has spent his entire career at Eccleston and Wolf, joining the firm in 2002 after graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law. During his tenure with the firm, Eric’s practice in trial and appellate settings has included the defense of professionals, including, but not limited to attorneys, architects, engineers, and real estate agents; commercial litigation; insurance coverage litigation defense; premises liability; Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), community organizations and management companies and general casualty matters.

Eric also has experience representing employers in administrative proceedings and litigation in connection with discrimination, wrongful discharge, harassment, and wage and hour matters.
