Doan Phan

Doan is a graduate for the George Mason University School of Law. She joined Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate, after practicing in the areas of insolvency and restructuring and civil litigation at two national law firms. During law school, Doan was the Executive Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics, and Policy. Following law school, she clerked at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Alexandria for the Honorable Brian F. Kenney.

Doan’s litigation practice concentrates on professional liability defense, and she also handles attorney grievance, construction, insurance coverage, employment, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies, and debt collection matters.
