Amanda L. Tucker


Amanda joined Eccleston & Wolf as an Associate after clerking for the Honorable Stephen H. Kehoe in the Circuit Court for Talbot County.  During law school, Amanda was an Associate Editor for Seattle University Law Review, a Judicial Extern for Justice G. Helen Whitener of the Washington State Supreme Court, a Research Assistant for Professor Deborah Ahrens, and a Legal Intern for a boutique law firm in Seattle.

Amanda’s practice involves insurance defense litigation and general business disputes, and focuses on Commercial General Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Employment Matters, Wage & Hour/FLSA Claims, Construction Disputes, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), Community Organizations and Management Companies.  Amanda also defends personal injury claims and related matters that involve serious personal injury and/or significant property damage.
