Rachael K. Morrissey

Rachael is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and joined Eccleston and Wolf as an Associate after clerking for the Honorable Andrea M. Leahy on the Appellate Court of Maryland. During law school, Rachael participated as a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the Gender Violence Clinic and the Post Conviction and Sentencing Clinic for a total of two years during which she represented clients experiencing gender-based violence and juvenile lifers seeking a sentence reduction pursuant to the Juvenile Restoration Act.  Additionally, Rachael was the Articles Editor for the University of Maryland Law Journal on Race, Religion, Gender and Class, worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Maxwell L. Stearns, and served as the elected 1L Representative on the law school’s Honor Board.  Upon graduating in May 2022, Rachael received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievement and service to the School of Law. 

Her practice concentrates on professional liability defense; attorney grievance matters; representing Homeowner’s Associations and Community Organizations; defense of real estate professionals (including real estate agents, home inspectors and appraisers), accounts, architects and engineers; and premises liability.
