Victoria M. Shearer

Victoria joined Eccleston and Wolf in 2020, having been a civil litigation defense attorney in private practice since 1996. At the University of Baltimore School of Law, Victoria was an editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and published two articles. Victoria’s practice focuses on the defense of general insurance matters, automobile torts, premises liability matters, product liability matters, employment law matters, Homeowner’s Associations (HOA), community organizations and management companies, and land use/zoning litigation. Victoria also concentrates her practice on local government litigation defense, local government/municipal law, and appellate practice, having many state and federal appellate cases and reported opinions.
